I'm making my 5th flash movie (excluding the short little loops I've done).

Why all the sudden? Swine Flu of course!

You see, there was this one little guy at an elementary school in my city who got the Swine Flu, so what does the district do? They shut all the schools down for a little over a week! Good deal for me because it was during exit-level TAKS test time, which means we get out of our normal classes to take these ridiculously easy tests (sorry if anyone out there has trouble with those test. But to me, they are a complete blow-off compared to my normal classes). This means that the teachers that I normally have had no way to give us work during last week. So when school shut down, I was left with NO WORK! It's like a mini summer for me. I'm even more relaxed than Spring Break. No school til May 11.

Expect a great quality rise due to my last animation being mid-2007. Already with the few frames I've done, I can tell it's gonna be quite a bit better than my others.

I got back from State TMEA Band contest. I got 16th chair. Not too happy with that, but it was great. We just stayed at San Antonio for 4 days and played a ton and roamed the city. It was pretty cool, but I just happened to leave RIGHT when the teachers decided to give tons of projects, reading assignments, and homework. Bleh. It's cool, though. I have just had a rough week, but I think that's all over, and I'm back on track. All I have to worry about, now is Solo and Ensemble contest, and my driving test.

In other news, my drawing has improved ten-fold. I will probably replace my new DA ID. I wasn't happy with how it turned out. I really want to get working on more flash, but band keeps throwing stuff at me, one after the other.

I miss you guys. Hopefully, I can get some free time next week.

If you thought I was talking about the whole "MLK Day" thing, well, you're wrong. But that's cool, too.

What I am refering to is that I am finished with the evil project that took me months to do. I don't have to worry about it anymore, and I feel great. You might even expect more submissions!...
